It's my first using Sonal, How do I get started?

Sonal comes packaged with all the necessary instructions to get you up to speed and use the device in no time. When opening your Sonal package the first paper you will come across is the “Warning Leaflet”. Please read carefully and do not use the device if you have any of the contraindications listed. Also In the box you will find a quick start sheet with a QR code to download the Sonal app. The Sonal app is needed to interface with your Sonal device. The final printed material you will come across is the user guide that has all the info you need to begin your Sonal sessions.
